Refund can only be requested for items that are being delivered within 72 hours.
Eligibility of return : Purchased item must be in the original condition/packaging and remain unused.
Items exempt from being returned : Promotional items or any order purchased with voucher payment ( partially or fully)
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase and item photos.

Inspection will be done on returned items and status of your refund request will be notified through email.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Notification have to be made from buyer to us within 12 hours from delivery time.

Shipping costs will be at your own cost and are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Should you need to cancel your order, money will be refunded less a RM20 administrative fee, ONLY IF cancellation notice is received AT LEAST 36 hours prior to the scheduled delivery date. Cancellations notice received within 36 hours prior to scheduled delivery date will be charged at 50% of the total order value. We are unable to cancel orders that are already prepared and are with our courier for delivery.
